Reserving County Space

Harris County Facilities & Property Management can assist you with reserving space for meetings or other functions at several county buildings.

In general, both county departments and the public may request and reserve the spaces, however, please see the building regulations for limitations and other guidelines. Requests made by the public or non-county entities are assessed fees for reserving space.

For more information on the fees and other guidelines, please review the Standard Operating Procedures for Reserving County Space or contact Facilities & Property Management Customer Service at 713-755-2255.

Please complete the downloaded form to begin the approval process.
