The Facilities & Property Management (FPM) Division of Harris County's Public Infrastructure Department operates, maintains and monitors all Harris County owned and leased facilities. FPM is also charged with ensuring that construction and renovation projects meet facility standards, as set by Harris County Commissioners Court.
Our mission is to be the premier property management department in the country, by fostering a culture devoted to customer service and the taxpayer. In order to accomplish this, FPM develops policy and provides a wide range of services for the general public and county employees who use our facilities.
Our division is working hard to maintain Harris County facilities and provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment to conduct County business.
