Facility Standards
Facilities & Property Management has been able to provide premier maintenance & operation of Harris County facilities, while optimizing energy consumption and saving tax dollars, by standardizing maintenance equipment, control systems, materials, finishes, and certain design concepts. These are collectively known as Facility Standards, and are required to be followed for all new construction work, and all renovations & modifications to facilities.
