Message From The Director


As Director of the Harris County Facilities & Property Management (FPM) Division of Public Infrastructure, I want to welcome you to our website. FPM is responsible for operating and maintaining over 200 facilities for Harris County. We work hard to provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment for employees and visitors to conduct county business. Our goal is to be the premier county facility and property management department in the Country by providing friendly and efficient service.

This website is our latest effort to provide “great service for great people,” by continuously improving our business processes and departmental communication. So please feel free to “surf” around and find out more about FPM services and information.

Our mission is to become the premier county-level facilities and property management department in the United States by:

Fostering a culture devoted to customer service and to the taxpayers;
